The Team Leader is responsible to deliver high quality services in Comercial Operations processes to Molson Coors entities in scope but also across Global Business Services, by building strong partnerships with the Business Process Experts structure in the Business Units, as well as with all the stakeholders involved. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Process 

• Ensures staffing plan and appropriate allocation for activity coverage;
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs ; Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise; Resolve department day to day issues with clients, colleagues and 3rd parties;
• Coordinates operations and monitors the team performance based on agreed KPIs 

People 

• Performs Individual Performance reviews with the team members 
• Develops action plans, coaching and mentoring team members, developing talent, organizing career path meetings with team members 

Stakeholder management  

• Constantly builds-up, improve and maintains efficient relationship with business stakeholders

Finance  

• Drives productivity improvements within his/her team 
• Identifies opportunities for cost reduction. 

Support technology implementation 

• Support tools implementation by creating capacity in the team and allocating staff to both operations and projects 

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

 

• English C1; both written and spoken
• Great stakeholder and management skills 
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Good Project Management & Change management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Good understanting of sales and commercial operations field
