Medical Information Coder for Charge Corrections

What You Will Do:

• Use your coding and billing knowledge to perform charge corrections for claims that have been denied or hit payer edits.
• Completes tasks that are typically routine, with occasional deviation from standard practice

What You Will Need:

• High School diploma and 1-3 years of prior relevant experience
• CPC.
• Training will be onsite and last 4-6 months, then employee with be able to work remotely.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Athena IDX knowledge and past experience with charge corrections.

The annual salary range for this position is $37,400.00-$56,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
