Group 1 Buick GMC South is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and service. We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center Sales Representative to our team. Our BDC Sales Representative should be passionate and excited to enjoy working in a fast-pace environment with a great team of associates.
What we need...
- A Professional that will handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
- Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
- Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
- Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
- Outstanding Customer Service

You need…
- 1+ year BDC Experience preferred
- 1 year Phone Experience required
- 1 Year Sales Experience (in the automotive industry) preferred
- A Professional Appearance
- A Positive and Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Computer Skills, Microsoft Office and CRM Experience Preferred
- College Degree Preferred Not Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
