About the role

<p>For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the <b>Senior Business Process Analyst </b>role.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Team</b><br/>You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the team of transformation and process excellence specialists, focused on delivering change in an international, cross-functional environment. As Senior Business Process Analyst, you will work independently within established methodologies and frameworks, drawing on your experience and strong stakeholder management skills to drive successful outcomes. You will baseline, map and analyse the processes, define scope of process optimisations, process enhancements, standardization opportunities and deliver process improvements in partnership with colleagues across global teams.</p><p></p><p><b>You will be responsible for:</b></p><p></p><p>Transformation delivery:</p><ul><li><p>Applying process mapping and process analysis tools and methodologies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Defining scope, timelines and sizing of the transformation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Running root cause analysis to identify define process improvement opportunity.</p></li><li><p>Applying continuous improvement, lean management, six sigma tools to identify process pain points and optimisation opportunity.</p></li><li><p>Leading process assessment, facilitating process analysis workshops, engage with stakeholders to build improvement buy-in.</p></li><li><p>Defining opportunity statements and frames business cases.</p></li><li><p>Managing business case development, requirements gathering and post-implementation benefit tracking.</p></li><li><p>Acting as engagement lead on more complex topics.</p></li><li><p>Identifying and driving standardisation opportunities across markets, departments and business functions.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring all transformation activities comply with internal processes, standards, and regulations.</p></li><li><p>Managing risks through proactive identification of owners and developing mitigation plans.</p></li><li><p>Project managing implementation of transformation initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Stakeholder management:</p><ul><li><p>Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to jointly identify and deliver process improvement and transformation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Regularly aligning with stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities and evolving expectations.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining open and transparent communication, providing proactive updates on progress and challenges.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Apply if you:</b></p><ul><li><p>Have a track record in managing or supporting delivery of optimization and transformation projects within complex matrix international organisations.</p></li><li><p>Have proven experience in process analysis and optimisation.</p></li><li><p>Have 4+ years of relevant experience gathered in an international, diverse environment, preferably within a professional services area.</p></li><li><p>Have practical experience in stakeholder management at different levels of organisational structure, engagement planning and ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally at all levels.</p></li><li><p>Have good understanding of GBS, SSC, or BPO delivery models, business functions, and change management techniques.</p></li><li><p>Have practical continuous improvement, process analysis and change management capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Understand change management approach and techniques.</p></li><li><p>Thrive working as part of a diverse team - valuing collaboration, cultivating relationships, and bringing people together for collective success.</p></li><li><p>Are confident using English (C1/C2) to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.</p></li><li><p>Are highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, using these tools for analysis and presentation.</p></li><li><p>Have practical experience working with process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks, Process360, etc. and understand the BPMN standards.</p></li><li><p>Have a strong drive for achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes, demonstrating accountability for performance.</p></li><li><p>Adapt swiftly in a changing environment, managing ambiguity with a positive and flexible mindset.</p></li><li><p>Proactively drive, promote and implement changes and innovation within the organisation, while helping others to adapt into a new ways of working</p></li><li><p>Have an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities and strong stakeholder management capabilities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Location</b></p><ul><li><p>Warsaw (hybrid model – min. 2 days per week at the office)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Type of contract</b></p><ul><li><p>Contract of employment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits</b></p><p>Joining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed
