Job Description
About the role
As Digital Product Manager, Marketing Technology & Order Management, you will be responsible for the technology that supports our acquisition, retention, and analytics verticals, as well as our order management platform. This includes digital advertising and owned channels, Google Analytics, in addition to the order attributes that follow campaign strategy. You will work with stakeholders including Growth Marketing, Engineering, CX, Legal, and Logistics to build a measurable and results-oriented roadmap contributing to our digital growth goals. Our ideal candidate is creative, data-obsessed, and has a passion for building flexible yet scalable solutions that drive business results while delighting customers.
This role can be fully remote with the ability to travel to HQ in Atlanta and reports to our Director, Digital Product.
You’ll love it because you will…
- Create the product vision for our marketing technology and order management verticals, tied to key company strategies such as our loyalty program
- Develop a deep understanding of Spanx’s data, order, and marketing infrastructure needs to build features and functionality rooted in quantitative insight, that are flexibly and elegantly designed
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Logistics, CX, and Legal to understand acquisition and retention goals and establish success criteria with measurable objectives and key results to deliver a delightful customer experience through a privacy-compliant lens
- In collaboration with Product Design & Engineering, develop the product roadmap, get alignment on prioritization, MVP requirements, and timelines to meet business goals
- Partner with Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Analysts to efficiently develop, launch, and test experiences that drive value for our customers and business
- Communicate strategy clearly with the team and our executive team to influence outcomes
- Ensure we have the full cycle instrumentation to measure and optimize our growth marketing and customer KPIs
- Work within a fast-paced, innovative environment
Qualifications
We require…
- 5+ year’s experience in consumer-facing digital product management, with experience designing and shipping direct-to-consumer features
- Bachelor's degree or professional experience in Product Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analysis, or Marketing
- A deep understanding of product management best practices - ensure your solutions are simple, scalable, and measurable
- Previous experience working in agile/scrum teams; thrives in reacting to real-time information
- Experience working with Shopify, Figma, Jira, and Google Analytics
- Bonus: Experience with Multiple Storefronts and International Expansion
