IMG Clinical Training Supervisor (MA/LPN) - Clinical Training Team

MAJOR FUNCTION:

The MA/LPN Clinical Supervisor provides direct supervision to Clinical Trainers and per diem clinical staff across all IMG offices. This role ensures standardization in training, supports clinical competency development, and collaborates with the Ambulatory Manager to meet the evolving needs of ambulatory care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Progressive experience of ambulatory clinical training required
• Previous supervisor/lead experience preferred
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in an Ambulatory/Urgent care or healthcare related setting required
• Experience in clinical instruction, mentoring, or precepting students or new staff required
• Experience with creating, evaluating and remediating clinical competencies, and scheduling required 
• Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft platforms’ (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of High Reliability, Performance Improvement (PI), and Patient Safety concepts.
• Strong organization skills.

Certification/ Licensure:

• Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• BLS required
