This is a Part-Time position. Applicant must be able to work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

In this position you will:

• Provide Clinical Social Work Services including psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families.  
• Opportunity to supervise and train interns and unlicensed staff, as needed.
• Maintain quality assurance of the behavioral health program.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall health and well-being of the patient.
• Conduct intake and assessment of patients’ available resources and needs.
• Formulate assessments and direct treatment accordingly.
• Develop an individual-based and/or group-based treatment plan, including medical, psychological, financial, and other life issues.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Participation in Via Care Community Health Center's Continuing Quality Improvement (QI) program. 
• Contribute to program planning, evaluation, report preparation, and development of articles. 
• Performs other tasks as required or as assigned. 
• Maintain a positive working relationship with staff. 
• Other duties as designated by the Medical Director or Executive Director
• Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.

Required qualifications for this position include:

• MSW from graduate school for Social Work
• Licensed in the State of California by the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners
• Demonstrated expertise/skills in working with the target population
• Two (2) years of experience in a Child/Family setting (including internships)
• Must be able to travel to off-site and satellite locations
• Must have insured personal vehicle
• Handles emergency or crisis situations
