Main responsibilities:

· Liaises with 3rd Party suppliers and other partners when and where required

· Works with other teams to ensure runbook meet requirements, are supportable and up to the standards

· Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products

· Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects

· Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing runbooks

· Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications

 

Our requirements:

· ServiceNow Administration

· Azure knowledge

· Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

· Request Catalog / Service Request

· Scripted REST APIs

· Scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript

· Good interpersonal and communication skills especially in a multi-cultural environment.

· Good Analytical and problem solving skills and ability to challenge peers as well as internal processes and decisions.

· As a plus will be considered: PowerShell, SQL programing; Experience with processes and task automation & Working and designing automation
