Student Worker – Alumnae Relations (Special Events & The Bridge Platform)

Position Overview:
The Alumnae Relations office is seeking a motivated student worker to assist the Office of Alumnae Relations with projects related to The Bridge networking and engagement platform, as well as general event support. This role offers an opportunity to build professional skills in communications, event planning, and online community management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with updating and maintaining content on The Bridge platform (posts, event details, resources, etc.)
- Assist with updating and maintaining promotional content about The Bridge platform (socials, emails, videos, etc.)
- Provide basic user support to alumnae and students navigating The Bridge
- Help track engagement and compile reports from the platform
- Support planning and execution of alumnae events and programs
- Perform general office tasks as needed (data entry, mailings, organization, etc.)

Qualifications:
- Current Saint Mary’s College student in good academic standing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable learning new technology and platforms
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Interest in event planning, alumnae relations, or communications preferred
