As the Baker Retailing Center continues to establish itself as a premier hub for retail-related research and thought leadership, this role will serve as the cornerstone for programming, financial management, and operations. This role will collaborate and provide guidance to a team of a full-time Program Coordinator, student workers and professional service providers to manage all aspects of our programs and events (primarily in Philadelphia and NYC). These events range from small student gatherings to high-profile conferences and summits attended by C-level executives.
This temporary position will provide coverage for the Senior Associate Director of Operations, Finance & Administration during her maternity leave, ensuring seamless continuity of the Center’s day-to-day operations, financial processes, and administrative functions.
