Manager, Treasury

The Treasury Manager will be in a strategic, technical and compliance-oriented role. This role will be responsible for developing financial models to support capital structure design including debt, working capital, and liquidity structures. Also, it will be responsible for debt management, credit risk, and liquidity management. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and meet the required deadlines. This role will not have direct reports.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity
• Maintain and enhance relationships with banks and other financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms for the business
• Monitor and manage the region’s external debt portfolio, including capital planning, debt issuance and agreement compliance
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance with financing solutions alongside treasury policy compliance
• Create or enhance financial models that allow each BU to track liquidity and manage debt obligations
• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making.  Data mining is required
• Collaborate with other BUs to support business continuity planning and financial planning & analysis
• Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities and financial performance to senior management
• Monitor and ensure the company cash position is adequate in all regional locations
• Manage the region’s financial risk as it pertains to debt, interest, and currency on a consolidated and per legal entity basis
• Responsible for all intercompany loan reporting, including agreements, compliance, and tracking
• Assist with the review of the company’s financial ratios and other attributes as it relates to the company’s debt compliance
• Responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing the credit risk across the region. This involves developing and implementing credit risk procedures, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with global policies

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management or a related financial role
• Experience building and maintaining financial models in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including spreadsheets and accounting software
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strategic mindset
