About the Role


This role is for a senior-level product designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details. This role is an opportunity to make a large impact on a globally loved product. You will work directly with fellow designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate business and user needs into real product solutions. 

This role oversees all design phases, from conception to final delivery, ensuring coherent branded experiences across the whole user journey. With a holistic understanding of our product, you will own particular features and components and play a key role in maintaining high quality and collaborating across the organization to drive up standards of digital creativity.

 

This role is fully remote in Europe, requiring travel a few times a year.

What You'll Do

• Lead design on projects from new concept development to product execution;
  
  
• Audit, propose, and own key features/components of new user experiences from creating wireframes, user flows basic prototypes, presentations, and detailed design interaction models and UI/UX specifications;
  
  
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across the features of Prezi’s website, web, and desktop apps;
  
  
• Identify user needs, sketch solutions, build prototypes, test ideas with our user research team, and refine designs with data and user feedback;
  
  
• Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers, to transform strategic direction and product requirements into high-quality user-centered design solutions;
  
  
• Mentor junior-level designers and contribute to improving design systems and team operations.
  
  
  

Qualifications

 

• 5+ years of product design experience building products in a cross-functional organization;
  
  
• Understanding of business goals, ability to meet deadlines and comfortable in making design decisions
  
  
• Fluent English speaker;
  
  
• An online portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design solutions with strong user experience, visual and interaction design skills;
  
  
• Experience in product design, user interface, user experience, interaction, visual design, and prototyping across web and mobile web platforms;
  
  
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, along with experience working with and contributing to design systems;
  
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with a strong ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels;
  
  
• Passion for identifying and solving user problems.
