Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with R&D, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

• Prioritize technical and commercial requirements based on business and customer impact.

• Build and maintain product requirements, roadmaps and strategic oversight with internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory functions to maintain product quality & compliance.

• Demonstrate deep understanding of market landscape, trends, customer needs and experience to identify and fill product/service gaps that will generate new solutions to improve the customer experience, grow category share, and drive revenue.

• Responsible for leading or supporting competitive strategy work as needed.

• Collaborate with IV sets platform team to ensure compatibility of products.

About you: To be successful in this role, you require:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in upstream marketing, product development with demonstrated cross functional business acumen.

• Medical device marketing experience required.

• Clinical experience in infusion preferred.

• Competency in working in FDA, regulated environment for product development process required.

• Minimum bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field; MBA preferred.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. 

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams/members without formal authority.

• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Advanced verbal, written and presentation/communications skills. 

• Travel: 10%.
