Job Description:

Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a  Director of IM Manufacturing & Quality PSL to join our IM team here in Mobile, AL 

The Director of IM Manufacturing & Quality will be a high performing leader and have a passion for improvement. You are a strategic problem solver who finds satisfaction in the development and enhancement of technology solutions which promote process improvement and efficiency. You have proven knowledge of how to leverage technology platforms to enhance end user/customer experiences. You are looking for a role that ultimately serves manufacturing activities.

Your Working Environment

The Engineering Center in Mobile, Alabama houses hundreds of Airbus engineers who assist in the design and development of Airbus commercial aircraft cabins, including aftermarket upgrades, reconfigurations and services of all product types across the globe.

Your Challenges

• Handling the full life cycle of IM products and applications on his perimeter 

• Supporting those products & Applications

• Defining chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services.

• Defining and go-to-market of the product and service (line).

• Building in accordance with business the necessary roadmap & budget evaluation

• Engage, develop and motivate the direct team(s), within Airbus Values using the HR processes & development tools. 

• Build a trustful and inclusive environment, promoting collaboration  facts driven decisions and an out of silos mindset.

• Ensure deliverables on time, cost and quality to ensure Customer Satisfaction; escalate risks and opportunities.
