The pay range is $126,600.00 - $227,900.00

About the role:   

As a Senior Manager of UX within our Enterprise UX team, you will have the responsibility of leading a team of Designers to create & contribute to experience strategies in service of enabling Target’s Enterprise Strategy. By leveraging seamless and intuitive experiences across touchpoints your team will demonstrate impact by delivering for our broad user base (including warehouse and HQ team members as well as vendor partners) ultimately fueling growth for the business. You’ll guide the team to use tried and true design methodologies such as human centered design thinking to understand team member needs, balance business ideas, deliver best-in-class design from concept to execution, while championing cross-functional experimentation. 

 

Success for this leader requires the ability to understand Target’s priorities and partner with a broad set of stakeholders to establish design & experience direction. Day to day you’ll ensure your team has what they need to thrive and deliver great work. This includes operating routines, insights, design direction, partner awareness, and a collaborative and inclusive culture.  

   

Responsibilities: 

• Build trust and proactively partner with UX, Product, Tech & Business stakeholders to set the stage for your team to achieve exceptional outcomes

• Lead balanced UX teams and grow their team's ability to balance multiple projects/demands

• Coach, mentor, and guide a
