Our Opportunity

The Learning & Growth team at Snyk is focused on providing exceptional learning and development opportunities for Snykers, enabling them to drive their careers forward. This team is an integral part of our People department, working with the function to build programs to help develop, attract, and retain talent within the business. 

As a Learning & Growth Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to help design learning programs for Snykers, and learn the ins and outs of program management, and how to create the best experience for Snykers on their career development path.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Collaborating with our Sr. Director of Learning & Growth to design learning programs for Snykers 
• Working hands-on with our Learning Management Systems and E-Learning materials and collateral 
• Learning about the ins and outs of building a learning & development function within a high-growth organization
• Assisting with delivering content and presenting to Snykers, and managing vendor relationships

What You’ll Need:

• Prior experience with program or event design & planning
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Customer-oriented mindset, and passionate about creating great experiences for current Snykers 
• Creative and proactive problem-solver, and not afraid to test new ideas 
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
