Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service, ensuring guests feel welcome, valued, and well-attended to from start to finish

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar

• Ensure proper handling of special requests, allergies, or dietary restrictions and communicate them to the kitchen

• Deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring all items meet Max Fish’s high standards for presentation and quality

• Offer knowledgeable wine and beverage recommendations and assist with pairing suggestions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining area throughout the shift

• Work efficiently with fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service

• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service to enhance their dining experience

• Follow all steps of service and strive for excellence in every aspect of the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of recent experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale-casual restaurant is REQUIRED

• Proven knowledge of wine, spirits, and seafood menu offerings is a must

• Experience with fine-dining service standards, including handling special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergens

• Experience with managing high-volume, fast-paced service while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction

• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing is a plus
