They ensure that cooling records are being completed and tracked for all items, and they measure performance daily.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Daily cooling workflows in operations</li> <li>Oversee cooling logs completion for all items</li> <li>Ensure that the plating of food is happening at the designated temperature</li> <li>Perform critical checks, including temperature monitoring equipment</li> <li>Executed batch cooling processes for all hot items during a shift</li> <li>Ensure cooling and cooling records are ready for local regulators and third-party auditors.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Food Safety team to deliver chef and employee training on food safety cooling practices.</li> <li>Provide detailed reports on compliance status and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li> <li>Track all metrics related to cooling</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Must be bilingual English/Spanish</li> <li>Experience working in a high compliance food processing facility (USDA, FDA) or large volume food business with established food safety programs</li> <li>Experience working with a team in a production environment</li> <li>Good communication skills and ability to speak professionally to a wide range of partners and stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to build relationships
