Big Brand Tire & Service is looking for a sharp, organized Operations Support Coordinator to keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who loves checklists, can juggle multiple priorities, and thrives on keeping data, reports, and processes on track.

You’ll work closely with our Operations and Inventory teams to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, track projects, and maintain accurate information across multiple systems. If you take pride in making things run efficiently and know your way around Excel, this might be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and track large checklists and operational tasks across multiple departments.
• Manage data entry, documentation, and follow-up in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Prepare and update reports using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools.
• Support scheduling, communication, and workflow tracking for Operations.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with general office coordination and team communication.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or project support roles.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables preferred) and Google Workspace.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Naturally proactive — you like solving problems before they become issues.
