The Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement will play a critical role in shaping the Enablement curriculum and ensuring that our sales and customer success teams are equipped with knowledge, skills, and resources needed to achieve their goals. This role will be responsible for programmatizing the curriculum while creating new content that will bring an immediate impact to the business. They will have a significant impact on the success of our teams by managing and executing enablement programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall sales enablement strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Training: Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and resources. Work closely with subject matter experts to develop content that addresses the specific needs of our sales and customer success teams. Deliver the related training and ensure comprehension of the topic.
  • Sales Methodology & Framework: Assist in driving the adoption and understanding of sales methodologies and best practices, including MEDDPICC and Command of Message. Experience creating content and/or implementing curriculum around those concepts is a plus.
  • Program Management: Collaborate with Enablement and Sales leadership to manage and execute scalable and repeatable sales enablement programs, initiatives, and projects. Ensure that programs are aligned with the overall sales enablement strategy.
  • Sales Tools Enablement: Collaborate with the Sales Ops and relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of sales tools and solutions. Assist in monitoring engagement with content and usage metrics.
  • Program Effectiveness: Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the Director to assess the impact of enablement efforts on sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure that communication and information flow smoothly between departments. Foster collaboration and alignment to enhance overall team performance.
  • Manage the sales content and learning management systems (familiarity Seismic and Lessonly a plus) 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in sales or sales enablement in enterprise SaaS companies, preferably solution/value-selling
  • Success executing on enablement plans and handling multiple projects in a high-growth environment with sometimes competing priorities
  • Proven track record of content creation both with and without the need to collaborate with SMEs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Creative with resources and ability to adjust to changes quickly and professionally
