Business Development Engineer – Coating Services

<p class="MsoNormal">We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Business Development Engineer with proven expertise in industrial coatings, particularly thermal spray and epoxy coating technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of surface protection applications for the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries and established business relationships with major end users and EPC contractors across Saudi Arabia</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal">Key Responsibilities</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in industrial coating, Thermal Spray, Epoxy, Polymer and Surface engineering sectors.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Build and expand strong professional relationships with key clients, including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Petro Rabigh, SWCC, and other process industry end users.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Proactively engage EPC contractors and project consultants to position the company’s coating solutions during project bidding and specification stages.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Promote thermal spray coating, epoxy coating, and wear- and corrosion-protection solutions to targeted market segments.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Conduct regular client visits across all Saudi regions to identify customer needs, present technical proposals, and close strategic deals.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to deliver accurate quotations, project documentation, and after-sales support.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new service or product opportunities.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Prepare and present periodic reports on business performance, market analysis, and sales forecasts to management.</p><p class="MsoNormal">•     Ensure alignment with quality, safety, and compliance standards set by major industrial clients.</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
