Physician - Hospitalist - Royal Oak, MI

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is seeking a full-time BE/BC Hospitalist.

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Hospitalist to join our inpatient care team. This role primarily focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered medical care while offering opportunities for professional growth through teaching, quality initiatives, and leadership activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient medical care, managing both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure effective communication with patients, families, and the care team.
• Participate occasionally in teaching medical students and residents.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and serve on hospital committees as needed.
• Collaborate closely with nursing, case management, and specialty teams to optimize patient flow and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate occasionally in protocol development and process improvement initiatives.
• Electively work additional clinical shifts for enhanced income potential.
