About the role

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect Manager to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions across multiple technology domains. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technology teams and business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

    • Enterprise Architecture Leadership:
      • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards and frameworks.
      • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
    • Ensure that governance, security, compliance, and data protection requirements are architected as first-class components of all enterprise solutions, not as afterthoughts.
    • Define reference architectures and patterns that embed governance controls while enabling speed, innovation, and scalability
      • Serve as a key member of the Technical Architecture Board, a peer body providing architectural oversight to the enterprise.
    • Cross-Domain Expertise:Demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
      • Infrastructure (networking, compute, storage)
      • Azure Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
      • Security (identity, compliance, risk management)
      • Data Management (data platforms, analytics, governance)
      • Customer Support & Field Operations (service delivery optimization)
      • Application Development (AppDev) (modern development practices, APIs, integration)
    • AI & Intelligent Tools (e.g., Copilot, generative AI, automation, and decision-support tools) with an understanding of:
        • How AI capabilities can be safely and effectively embedded into enterprise solutions
        • Data boundaries, model usage constraints, and responsible AI considerations
        • Integration of AI tools across infrastructure, applications, data platforms, and business workflows
    • Business Engagement:
      • Partner with business units to gather and analyze requirements.
      • Translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on when and how AI-enabled capabilities should be applied to solve business problems, improve efficiency, or enhance decision-making.
    • SAFe Framework Knowledge:
      • Apply principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to support agile delivery and enterprise-level planning.
    • IT Department Deep Dive:
      • Gain expert-level understanding of all tools, platforms, and capabilities used across IT.
      • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    • Evaluate existing and emerging tools for alignment with enterprise governance, security, and architectural standards.
    • Innovation & Technology Roadmap:
      • Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
      • Drive adoption of new tools and practices that enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent assistants to accelerate delivery, reduce manual effort, and improve outcomes across the enterprise.
    • Partner with security, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure new technologies—including AI—are introduced with appropriate guardrails and monitoring in place.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
