Team Leader - Gunner, Stamford

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager who will be responsible for overseeing operations for several Gunner locations and cross functional teams. This individual will play a crucial role in driving organizational success and achieving long-term growth!

What you will do:

• Oversee branches in region focuses including operations, sales and project management
• Manage P&L, quarterly forecasting, month over month growth 
• Collaborate with HQ on hiring needs and participate in hiring process for Gunner branches
• Utilize Hubspot CRM
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and assist in resolving issues promptly 
• Prioritize and enforce safety protocols in office and field environments
• Report directly to leadership team on a monthly basis

Requirements

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Construction experience, a plus
• Strong leadership skills, a must
• Demonstrated experience growing and managing branches across multiple markets
• Demonstrated experience surpassing KPI’s and monthly or quarterly quota
• Self starter with a do what it takes attitude
• Ability to abide by company processes and procedures but spot areas of improvement
• Strong organizational skills 
• Proficient in technology, including relevant software applications and apps.

• Base Salary: $ 90,000 to $110,000 starting salary depending on experience
• Quarterly Bonus based off P/L for the branch up to 20K for the year
