As a driven professional, you will lead the Freight Management leadership team, which oversees the regional freight teams. Additionally, you'll manage supporting departments such as business development, operational excellence, and business processes. Your team will coordinate all transport activities for our warehousing clients and closely monitor the execution of all freight processes. This involves close collaboration with our carriers and aiming to implement innovative initiatives in the near future. For example, utilizing inland waterway transport as an alternative to trucks or trains for Southern Europe. You are communicatively strong and possess excellent leadership skills;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>the ability to communicate at all levels in at least English.
