AMDEX is looking for a Senior Report Intake and Delivery Manager to support the client ensuring adherence to CISA standard operating procedures, quality control standards, and best practices for analytical products and services. 

• Deliver SME-level expertise using business intelligence toolsets (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) for visualization, interactive dashboards, and geospatial visualization to enrich reporting products. 
• Support routine report generation and quality control. 
• Coordinate intake of report and data requests.
• Support development/distribution of authoritative data on incident reports and cases. 
• Perform statistical analysis of case management data. 
• Query the ServiceNow Unified Ticketing System (UTS) and draft ad hoc reports.
• Provide training to government personnel on how to query to create their own reports. Query applicable mission systems to provide data in support of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
• Support gathering of operational information related to investigations or audits concerning past or current operational activities.
• Provide information in support of compliance reports to Congress and others. Support publication of internal and external reports on incident metrics.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 10+ years experience and demonstrated experience in data science, visualization, and database management.
• Demonstrate expertise in using business intelligence toolsets (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).

This position is contingent on contract award.
