About the role

As a Workforce Planning Business Analyst - Sr. Associate on the Hire Enablement team, you will be responsible for producing and managing data that supports the Hire Product Organization. You will own the generation of data, dashboards, and reports for one of our Hire Area Product Teams, support them by creating business analyses and tools to show the impact of initiatives on the recruiting process, and serve as the data quad member of their team with expertise in talent data and their processes. You will also be responsible for conducting process and quality assurance audits for all reporting processes, reports, and dashboards to ensure compliance with the firm’s standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and design reports and dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau to meet the requirements outlined for different initiatives by the Product team.
  • Perform discovery and validate project requirements with the Product team. Create prioritized project plans for developing and implementing new data solutions.
  • Act as Hire Product’s expert in recruitment data and analytics, answering ad hoc queries from Hire partners.
  • Serve as an advisor to the team on best practices for collecting and analyzing data on the impact of various change initiatives.
  • Pull data regularly from Business Objects, OTBI, AWS, GDW, and other firm reporting tools.
  • Present data outputs to business executives while being able to articulate how the data relates to their business needs.
  • Be responsible for the records management and process documentation of regularly produced reports.
  • Identify risks and control through our internal audit of records management and ensure that data privacy and protections are upheld. Perform quality audits of reports, dashboards, and SOPs for Hire Enablement team members before publication.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience managing customers or stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Knowledge of programming, SQL, and Python is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition functions is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
