Rockville Rehab seeks to hire an experienced Program Manager for our Rehabilitation Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Program Manager you will:
• Manages clinical affiliation contracts between AHC and local universities and colleges.
• Facilitates clinical placements and experiences for students across AHC entities.
• Coordinates student clinical placements and rotations with faculty advisors and clinical preceptors.
• Serves as a liaison between the academic institution, clinical sites, and students.
• Facilitates the professional development and lifelong learning activities of clinical staff to enhance their professional competence and role performance. 
• Manages overall professional development programs, providing relevant education to clinicians, maintaining, and enhancing clinical competence, fostering a positive outlook on lifelong learning, directing the development of educational activities and planning programs that increase breadth and depth of their clinical knowledge. 
• Demonstrates professionalism and is an integral part of the clinical leadership team, representing their department at all levels of the organization. 
• Serves as the chair of the clinical practice council for their specialty.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in designated therapy field required.
• 2 years in clinical Therapy specialty (PT, OT, Speech) 2 years of education experience preferred
• 1 year in leadership role preferred
• MD Licensure in area of specialty (OT, PT, ST)
• American Heart Association CPR/BLS Certification

Pay Range:

$89,356.80 - $134,035.20

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
