Senior ERP and Scheduling Specialist

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril Industries, is seeking an experienced Senior ERP and Production Scheduler to oversee and coordinate the dynamic scheduling of our production activities. This role requires a strategic planner with a strong grasp of ERP/MES systems and a flexible approach to manage constantly changing production demands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain an adaptable master production schedule to meet fluctuating demands.
• Utilize ERP system to optimize production workflow and resource allocation.
• Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate last-minute changes in orders or production capacity.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless production operations.
• Analyze production metrics and provide reports on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train staff on ERP system features and best practices in dynamic scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

 

US Salary Range$57,000—$85,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
