Mobile Equipment Fleet Assistant/Fleet Mechanic

Position Overview

JLL seeks a skilled Fleet Mechanic to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and mobile fleet assets while ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing process equipment and fleet vehicles
• Manage spare parts inventory and execute work orders within 24-hour timeframes
• Maintain safety training compliance and participate in safety programs
• Utilize maintenance management systems for documentation and tracking
• Maintain current forklift and aerial lift certifications

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years facility/fleet maintenance experience

Technical Skills: Proficiency with pumps, motors, hydraulic systems, and speed/feed systems

Certifications: Valid forklift and aerial lift operator licenses

Skills: Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 8-10+ years maintenance experience
• MAXIMO or CMMS system experience
• Controller programming knowledge
• Manufacturing facility background

Performance Measures

Safety compliance, PM completion rates, emergency response times (<24 hours), equipment uptime metrics
