Long Description

What We Need

We hope to attract an Engineer who exhibits passion in their work and with the right support, can accomplish anything that time and budget allows. We are not listing an engineering specialty, not as a deficiency in the posting, but as an opportunity for the right candidate. We need to run CGS as mean and lean as we can safely perform while maintaining excellent reliability.  At the same time, we will support repurposing studies and actively engage in what the future of power generation is to become for the site and all of SRP.

We have an engineering team made up of specialists in electrical, mechanical, civil, environmental and chemical engineering that routinely cross boundaries to accomplish our goals. This unique opportunity is to sell yourself in an open and honest conversation about what you can bring to the table.  If selected, we will offer you a position crafted around the skills and knowledge you possess and your desire, ability and passion towards developing in new areas. If an internal candidate is selected, they will join the CGS team as a regular SRP employee, with the same processes in place for any employee moving from one department to another.
