We always look out for best practice in the market to achieve excellence in everything we do.</p><p><strong>Work #LikeABosch</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Analyzing purchasing data in different systems;</li><li>Ensuring data quality and efficiency, by increasing the rate of automation, bot implementation, digitalization of processes;</li><li>Preparing and analyzing price negotiations records, as well as ensuring the correct reporting for various purposed;</li><li>Being responsible for data collection from external and internal sources, reporting preparation and optimization of current data processes flow;</li><li>Being responsible for dashboard analysis incl. error detection and correction;</li><li>Preparing of management summaries, presentations and recommendations;</li><li>Offering strong support in data related topics within Indirect Purchasing, e.g., contract management, savings calculation, potential analysis;</li><li>Acting responsible for cross-functional projects related to data management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree (any subject with quantitative background) or 3 years minimum professional experience for business analysis (e.g. mathematics, computer science, physics, or other social sciences with focus on quantitative methodologies);</p></li><li><p>Advaced Microsoft Office package, data visualization software (ex: Power BI, Tableau);</p></li><li><p>English: Business fluent + additional foreign language (e.g. German);</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of purchasing data;</p></li><li><p>Knowledge: data analysis, data management, data processing, IT affinity, process automation, shared services, multivariate data analysis;</p></li><li><p>Adept in virtual work;</p></li><li><p>Clarity and Accuracy: checks own work;</p></li><li><p>Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify issues, develop &amp; implement solutions.
