The Job:
As a Program Manager of Distribution, you’ll be part of our Supply Chain team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Lead organizational change management strategies and initiatives for key projects in North America, supporting transformational programs that enhance business processes, improve employee experiences, and align with overall organizational objectives.
- Manage the Rhythm of the Business and drive all the business management functions that will ensure the effectiveness of the team’s operating rhythm.
- Drive change initiatives, including technology implementations, process improvements, cultural transformations, and employee-focused programs.
- Support the Operational and Logistics Strategy leadership team with planning and execution of organizational roadmap and charters.
- Drive Operational / HR Excellence—Partner closely with the human resources department and leadership team to identify priorities and develop strategies to meet organizational people goals. Develop an engagement plans for team communications, including all-hands meetings, monthly performance reviews, and town halls.
- Effectively manage and maintain advanced knowledge of Distribution Centers structured routines, processes and organization metrics (SMEs), manages the development, implementation, and support of all Distribution Centers structured routines.
- Oversee project life cycle which includes coordinating efforts across many different departments and various external organizations ensuring all resources are aligned to help accomplish objectives on-time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for productivity and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement in safety, quality, reliability, cost, and customer service.
- Provide training as necessary within the organization to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Determine and develop conceptual designs, project scope, preliminary budgets, and schedules for assigned projects in collaboration with the North America Distribution Center Leaders.
- Serve as primary liaison for external consultants.
- Travel to Distribution facilities as needed. Position may travel 25%.
The Person:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience as a leader within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Program Management, Strategy, Manufacturing, or Human Resources.
- +5 years of team management experience.
- Project/Program Management certification strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting senior level executives strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
