Internship within Finance Transformation, Governance, Process and Innovations (d/f/m)

• Duration: 5-6 months

As an intern, you will acquire a deep understanding about the fascinating world of Finance. The Finance Transformation team drives and supports the transformation of Airbus DS Finance, identifying value propositions, assessing value streams, and implementing innovative and digital solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our Finance processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Analysis of the Finance value creation by reviewing user journeys and financial processes

• Develop and support the implementation of innovative Data Analytics projects by ideating process redesigns and assessing digital solution in collaboration with the Finance users; you will be applying Lean and Agile methodologies

• Support the team in managing and tracking the Finance improvement portfolio, measuring the impact through KPIs

• Build, improve and actively promote a collaboration platform for users learning about data mining, AI, or robotics in Finance

Desired skills and qualifications

• You are an enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or similar field of study

• You are passionate in working with Finance data to innovate

• You have a very good knowledge about standard MS Office, Google Workspace, Project Mgt., Design Thinking

• You have experience with first data analytic skills / programming language preferred

• Your English is fluent / a second European language (German, French or Spanish) would be a plus

• You are a very good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently
