Apply today!</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float</strong>, you will provide essential care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Acting as a positive role model and encouraging independence</li><li>Assisting with personal care and daily living activities</li><li>Administering medications as needed</li><li>Supporting clients in community and recreational activities</li><li>Using company vehicles to transport clients to outings</li></ul><p>This <strong>full-time position</strong> guarantees 32-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule between 7 AM - 9 PM. As a Float DSP, you’ll work across five different programs located in Norway, Lewiston and Boothbay Harbor.</p><p>Pay ranges from $18.25-$18.50/hour based on certifications.
