Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Strategist skilled in research and content strategy for a ~6-week project with an Internet Service Provider. They will be responsible for turning research findings into content and customer experience recommendations for an existing e-commerce website. Our Senior Strategists are focused on achieving business objectives, finding solutions to challenges, putting strategies in place to win, and bringing forward-thinking ideas to the table.

Job Responsibilities

• Interrogates the project brief and client documentation posing questions around potential success factors, challenges and opportunities, ways to go beyond the expected or future considerations.
• Thoughtfully interviews stakeholders to uncover existing efforts supporting the program goals and can be a source of content for the website.
• Performs audits and third-party research synthesizing research into themes and trends.
• Uses knowledge of e-commerce platforms to develop customer-first communications to elevate the customer journey and experience.
• Uncovers opportunities for content creation & messaging across multiple channels such as web, direct mail, email, social, and display.
• Presents to clients and addresses client questions, providing meaningful and spontaneous advice when engaging with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in content strategy
• Robust knowledge of website and ecommerce experiences
• Content strategy experience
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial working style
• Sense of wonderment and aim to uncover truths, challenge convention, and radically reinvent how brands approach brand communications

Compensation Range: $45 - $85/hr.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.  This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.  This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
