You will be responsible for delivering solid financial analysis and presentations to internal as well as external stakeholders. You will be supporting the business units with your financial expertise to enable them to take critical business decisions on new launches, contracts, and strategies. Your tasks will include:</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Controlling of CE&amp;L business units and entities, including month-end closing activities and management reporting.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Ensuring reporting is compliant with group policies and maintaining an adequate level of internal controls.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Business partnering including analysing market &amp; brand profitability.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Driving and improving the budget and estimate process and validating the financials behind the commercial plans. You will be a key person to support the Sales and Marketing team in translating their plans into a financial budget.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Driving business cases on international expansion and profit growth, whether this is through support on landing new partnerships, business cases on new launches, analysis of inorganic opportunities, or reviewing options to improve our current market/partner setups.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Driving, coordinating, and improving IT tools, investigating new technology (SAP, Power BI, and Excel, leveraging AI).</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b><span><span><span>What we’re looking for</span></span></span></b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>You are a business-oriented finance professional with extensive commercial understanding. A true team player who thrives when collaborating with others and has great communication skills, including an understanding of cultural differences.</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>You hold a master’s degree in finance or other relevant economic background, with proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a multinational company.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>You demonstrate proven financial skills and business understanding. You are capable of transforming complex and large quantities of data into concise communication.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>You maintain a positive attitude even when things get tough, and keep a helicopter perspective while knowing you have the details under control.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>You present yourself as structured, process-oriented, and flexible towards many tasks.
