Griffin Exploration Atrium, as well as multiple cafés and a high-volume food court serving museum guests daily. This role plays a key role in delivering exceptional food, service, and guest experiences across a dynamic, multi-unit environment.

Working closely with the Complex General Manager, culinary leadership, and front-line teams, the AGM supports day-to-day operations across guest experience, financial performance, team development, food quality, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys leading diverse teams, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while supporting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations across multiple dining venues, ensuring consistent execution of service, hospitality, and food quality standards.
  • Partner with culinary and operational leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with staffing, training, coaching, and development of hourly and supervisory team members.
  • Monitor labor, purchasing, and operating expenses while supporting financial goals and budget expectations.
  • Help drive revenue growth through operational efficiencies, merchandising, and service excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team on menu execution, promotions, and new culinary programs.
  • Maintain strong client, guest, and stakeholder relationships throughout the museum.
  • Ensure compliance with company, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Support catering and special events operations as needed.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture focused on engagement, accountability, and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading foodservice or hospitality operations in a high-volume, multi-unit environment.
  • Background supporting restaurant, café, food court, or catering operations.
  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, labor management, and cost controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with guests, clients, and team members.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience with large-scale visitor attractions, cultural institutions, museums, or premium dining environments is a plus.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute within a best-in-class foodservice organization.
