Job Description
About the Role:
Sibylline is looking for a project manager with experience in crisis management capable of supporting a robust suite of technology solutions that enable threat monitoring, crisis notification, and response. The candidate will help develop and maintain these tools and the relationships needed to grow and sustain them. This role is responsible for supporting GTCM’s technical capability through detailed project management, delivering process enhancements and efficiencies, and providing technological support to GTCM in all phases of a crisis.
Essential Functions:
- Support technology budget planning and maintenance
- Support strategic and tactical management of key vendor development timelines and roadmaps to support GTC
- Manage projects for technology enhancements
- Support project management for non-technology related projects as required
- Build workflows, policies, and training to support crisis communications
- Gather and synthesize requirements from GTCM tool users for new enhancements (new data feeds, integrations, feature adds)
- Develop super-user knowledge of VCC, Everbridge, Veoci, and other tools
- Coordinate with client’s Information Systems & Technology team, external vendors, and other client specific teams to drive development efforts
- Support testing and quality control of technology
- Benchmark to establish industry best practices and apply for team
Qualifications
- Organized self-starter with time management skills
- Advanced presentation software skills and visual creative skills (Keynote or similar software experience preferred)
- Project Management experience (experience with Wrike to manage projects a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide concise briefings to management with short turn-around times
- Ability to distill complex ideas into simple requirements and communicate efficiently
- Curiosity for technology (technical/engineering skills NOT required)
- Capable of performing well under stress and within tight deadlines
- Ability to see around corners, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree preferred

The remuneration for this role is negotiable for the right candidate, dependent on qualifications, aptitude and experience. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000.
