DESCRIPTION:
Publicis Media’s Central Activation team supports PM agency accounts by executing media campaigns via a global offshore support network to meet clients’ performance goals across a variety of platforms. The Client Support team within Central Activation works hand-in-hand with the agency partners and agency account teams to ensure all account requirements from the global offshore team, including workflows and resource allocation, are executed.
The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all accounts are being properly onboarded, supported, and staffed by the global offshore team. They will serve as an escalation point for both the agency account and global offshore teams, and will need a solutions-focused mindset and strong customer service skillset. The ideal candidate should have a background in campaign and account management, as well as solid experience of working directly with clients and agency teams.
The Supervisor will cultivate relationships with agency partners to uncover business needs, find additional areas to leverage global offshore support, and consult new opportunities to streamline and grow their business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong relationships with agency partners, account teams and global offshore teams
- Collaborate on engagement scoping and staffing of global offshore resources for agency accounts
- Develop and maintain onboarding plans for accounts, and facilitate the onboarding process
- Ensure efficient workflows are established for collaboration between agency account teams and global offshore teams
- Facilitate feedback and issues between the agency account teams and the global offshore team, and determine solutions to help address or resolve
- Identify and communicate account needs, concerns or opportunities with agency partners and global offshore leads
- Identify areas of opportunity for team development and business growth (i.e. new channels, new support models, etc.)
- Manage the rollout and adoption of new tools and solutions intended for agency account teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong background in digital media (i.e. programmatic, search, social, or ecommerce)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a client facing role in campaign management, account management or digital operations
- Experience collaborating with global counterparts for support
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables & project timelines efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must
- Ability to act as a proactive part of the Publicis Media team, and to act as a self-starter in an environment that encourages creativity, enthusiasm, and organization
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
