The Job:   

As a CI Generalist / QMS Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:    

  • Maintain Quality System compliance to the ISO 9001-2015 standard
  • Prepare and guide facility through external ISO audits
  • Keep records as required by the Quality System
  • Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement and issue the necessary corrective actions
  • Provide direction and guidance to the Process Auditor and Documentation Technicians
  • Schedule and assign process audits each year
  • Assure thorough process audits are conducted and documented in a timely manner and record results
  • Compile reports and presentations for Management Review meetings
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to support the facility’s objectives of quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
  • Oversee Corrective action process to reduce downtime and waste in all aspects of the plant

  • Must have or be willing to develop Presentation skills
  • Effective communication / interpersonal skills as well as written skills
  • Complete understanding of ISO 9001-2015 requirements and standards
  • Strong understanding of business and production processes
  • Ability to set goals, direction, and develop metrics
