Legal at TRACTIAN
The Legal Department at TRACTIAN is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing risks. This department plays a key role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including client agreements and supplier arrangements, as well as managing corporate governance and intellectual property matters. The Legal team works to safeguard TRACTIAN’s interests, providing strategic counsel and supporting decision-making across the organization. By fostering a proactive approach to legal challenges, the department ensures that TRACTIAN operates with integrity and efficiency, enabling sustainable growth and innovation.
What you'll do
As a Legal Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Legal and Commercial Teams on official documents and commercial contracts, with a strong focus on SaaS agreements. You will apply your legal expertise to establish standards for our processes, structure internal regulations, and define norms that guide our operations. The ideal candidate can manage a high volume of contracts, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will also interact directly with clients to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve legal matters related to commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and review a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Conduct in-depth contract reviews, assessing terms, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with the company’s interests.
• Manage liability and responsibility-related provisions in contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Interpret laws and regulations, translating them into internal policies and operational standards.
• Develop and structure internal documentation, guidelines, and policies related to commercial contracts and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and other departments to ensure contracts and agreements are legally sound and aligned with company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with active bar membership.
• 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in the tech industry, managing high volumes of contracts, juggling multiple priorities, and adapting to the fast-paced environment of a SaaS business.
• Advanced knowledge of liability and risk management in contract negotiations and agreements.
• Strong proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
