We encourage professional development to ensure you bring innovative ideas to our products while satisfying your own intellectual curiosity.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance C#/.NET Core APIs and backend services.</li> <li>Build and optimize data models, queries, and database performance.</li> <li>Ensure service reliability and availability by managing SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with UI developers, Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit test coverage.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.</li> <li>Manage UAT environments, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Monitor application health, performance, and logs using observability tools.</li> <li>Contribute to DevOps automation, infrastructure improvements, and operational best practices.</li> <li>Provide support for production issues, including timely critical bug fixes and incident resolution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>8+ years of experience in backend or server-side development.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API design.</li> <li>Proven experience ensuring service reliability and availability through SLA management, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server, including performance tuning.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.</li> <li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We take care of our people</strong></p> <p>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
