Job Description Summary
Provide a personalized experience to Transamerica customers in retirement transition tomake recommendations on investment and annuity products. Conduct best interest interviews to ensure appropriate recommendations and outcomes.

Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to terminated Transamerica retirement plan participants to discuss their retirement strategy and make recommendations on rollovers, in-plan advice services, and other financial products under a best interest standard
Set virtual appointments with participants and hold appointments set by the Client Engagement Specialist
Use Microsoft Teams to meet with clients virtually and engage them using video and a screen-shared presentation
Recommend and implement investment strategies including managed investment strategies and annuity products where appropriate
Position is fully remote; hours are flexible within business needs to connect with customers
Work with company-provided fulfillment assistant to manage cases to completion
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
Three years of experience in the financial services industry
FINRA Series 6 or 7
FINRA Series 63/65 or 66
Knowledge of financial products (related to assigned specialty area)
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
Writing skills for documentation and scripting
Organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple projects
Proficiency using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Experience presenting in front of large groups
Background in retirement planning
Two years in a sales role in financial services
CRPC, CFP designations

Compensation

Total Compensation for this role is estimated to be $85,000 - $92,000 per year.
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $62,000 - $65,00
