Welcome to the Personal Banking Portfolio Management team. We add value by bringing to our digital development a relentless focus on impact, tomorrow’s customer experience and best practices from digital leaders and start-ups. As Business Developer you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that we get the best possible customer and business impact from digital development. You will be working in a team of high-performing individuals that has high visibility in the crossroads of business and digital development.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will work closely with a senior expert to both run the existing rituals and continuously increase the maturity of our agile development methodology on a portfolio level (incl. utilization of OKRs, stakeholder management & leadership reporting)
- You will accelerate and guide our agile development organisation of hundreds of people to drive towards impact and business benefits, working together with technology and business stakeholders
- You will perform analyses and prepare decision material for senior business leaders
- You will support the management team on a need base
You will join forces with a group of ambitious thinker-doers who strive to create business and customer impact – and transform our retail banking to a digital powerhouse along the way. The role is based in any of the four Nordic capitals; Helsinki, Copenhagen, Stockholm or Oslo.

- Plan and execute analysis and draw insights and conclusions from data
- Have a keen interest in modern digital development for consumers and the accompanying agile methods
Your experience and background:
- Around 2 years of relevant experience from, e.g., agile development, management consulting or business development roles
- Suitable functional experience is a plus, e.g. process or portfolio management, agile transformations, working with SAFe framework, working with OKRs
- Suitable educational background with a university degree that shows keen interest in solving practical problems with analytical methods
- Prior understanding of the banking industry is a benefit
- Fluent in English (professional level)
