Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Recruiter plays a key role in driving the rapid expansion of our Realtor Division. This is a high-activity, high-reward recruiting role designed for someone who loves connecting with people, building pipelines, and celebrating wins.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive, high-volume outreach across ATS, job boards, social media, and creative sourcing channels.

· Drive daily candidate engagement through outbound calling, texting, and virtual interviews.

· Move candidates through the hiring funnel with speed, urgency, and ownership.

· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Safe Haven’s culture and values.

· Analyze assessments and provide clear, actionable scorecards to hiring managers.

· Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, activity tracking, and performance reporting.

· Meet and exceed KPIs tied to activity, speed, and hires.

· Serve as a culture ambassador, inspiring candidates to join the Safe Haven team.

Compensation:

$80,000+ base salary + performance bonuses + incentives
