Salary: Up to $110,000 based on experience

Patient Population: Adolescents

Location: Onsite- Chattanooga, TN. Must live in the greater Chattanooga area to be able to commute each day to the clinic.

Hours:  Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

A day in the life of a Mental Health Outpatient Program Administrator can look like:

• Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
• Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education material to facility staff, local medical facilities, community members on the program, and the overall importance of behavioral health. 
• Ensure implementation of compliant therapeutic services for patients utilizing the program’s group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
• As Program Nurse, provide and oversee excellent patient care, including intake assessments, fall assessments, and treatment plan development. 
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Requirements

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing - required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - preferred
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of operation - required
• 2 years of management experience - required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple disciplines - required
• Basic computer knowledge - required
• Demonstrated skill in problem-solving, consensus building, conflict resolution, advocacy, and team-building - required
