The Sr. Planner, Supply Chain will be working in a team environment within our Global Supply Chain to support enterprise Critical Care planning, responsible for the end-to-end supply planning process for Critical Care network manufacturing.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Leading MPS review on a monthly basis
- Partnering with manufacturing teams to deliver optimal master plan
- Participating in long range capacity planning
- Organizing product launch and product exit planning
- Proactively identifying and resolving supply issues
- Responsible for inventory management, assure adherence to planned levels and minimize excess & obsolete exposure (E&O)
- Replenish regional inventory according to regional demand and inventory target
- Responsible for global LIFR and back-order resolution
- Key metrics include Line Level Fill Rate, Back-Order $, E&O
- Act as the supply planning contact for outsourcing and transfer initiatives, to include processing purchase orders
- Implement inventory optimization initiative
- Assist in the demand planning process in conjunction with the demand planner
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years’ of supply chain experience OR
- Master’s Degree with 6 years’ experience of supply chain experience.
What else we look for:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong data analysis and data management
- JDE or similar ERP system experience
- Understanding of planning concepts and requirements (e.g., CRP (Capacity Requirement Planning), Master Scheduling, Forecast, MRP (Material Requirements Plan), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP))
- Understanding of Sales, Inventory and Operating Planning (SIOP or S&OP).
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including JDE, Advanced Planning Systems working with Demand Flow methodology.
- Excellent documentation, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to transfer essential knowledge and mentor other team members on specialized skills.
- Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams.
- Proven successful project management skills.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $78,000 to $110,000 (highly experienced).
