THE JOB:
The Executive Director of Asian Marketing is responsible for increasing visits from casino customers and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have player development experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Evaluate and assess casino customers’ activity to offer personalized incentives and authorize comps, such as rooms, food, drinks, event tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare, or discounts.

• Drive new business by re-engaging inactive customers and supporting the growth of the property’s customer base.

• Approve marker authorization limits for qualifying customers.

• Develop your player development skills by connecting with new and returning customers.

• Collaborate with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives, and on-site teams to support qualified casino guests.

• Protect customer privacy by keeping all casino customer information confidential and adhering to company policies.

• Represent the brand at special events to promote marketing efforts and connect with customers.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a way that satisfies both the customer and the company.

• Comply with Title 31 regulations and complete required training.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

• Proof of eligibility to work in the country located

• Ability to communicate effectively in the language of the assigned region (e.g., Mandarin/Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Gujarati, Urdu, Hindi, French, Italian, German, Arabic, Farsi, Turkish).
