We are currently seeking a Information Technology Sr. Prin. Cnslt to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will work under the direction of an OCM Lead and overall Project Manager and will be responsible for collaborating with state leadership and system vendors to develop and execute a strategic OCM Plan and for distributing communications to identified stakeholders through defined communication channels. The OCM Analyst will communicate key program, organizational, and system changes; work across vendors and project teams to stay abreast of change milestones; and ensure stakeholders are informed as per the communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinating and facilitating organizational change management activities
• Coordinating communications, awareness, and training
• Developing, editing, and presenting summaries, reports, and presentations on OCM efforts
• Participating in staff/team meetings and trainings
• Mentoring State team members where applicable
• Ensuring complete and accurate status reports
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years of working for a State Government program or performing consulting services to a state government program
• Available to travel to client site up to 50%
Preferred Skills:
• Familiar with State Medicaid Programs
• Experience communicating with different stakeholders
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $85,000 - 120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
